Blake Culver's Bio
Blake is an entrepreneur and C-level manager who leads Structural Foundations’ business operations. Before joining Structural Foundations, Blake had a 10-year career in venture capital at the investment fund of the Regional Growth Partnership in Toledo, Ohio, where he started 10 growing high-tech companies in software, life sciences, alternative energy, and advanced materials with inventors and scientists. As Entrepreneur-in-Residence, he led early fundraising and provided C-level management services for these and other funded companies. Blake also raised $32.3 million in 18 State, Federal (including SBIR), and private foundation grants for scientific, technical development, and economic development projects from 2006 to 2013. Before his role in venture capital and entrepreneurship, Blake worked in economic development, workforce development, and as a collegiate instructor. He earned Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Toledo.

Brad Griffin's Bio
Brad is a Licensed General Contractor and Licensed Master Electrician in West Virginia with over 40 years’ experience in industrial, commercial, and residential construction. As a general contractor, Brad’s work includes the Skyline Steel plant (Belpre, OH), Canadian Roll Form Group plant (Iuka, MS), flood and retaining wall system (Welch, WV), and multiple gas stations and restaurants in the Mid-Ohio Valley for SuperAmerica / Speedway, McDonald’s, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, and Bob Evans. He has performed his general and electrical contracting over the decades as an independent industrial contractor, Partner in Morlan Enterprises, Inc. (Parkersburg, WV), Partner in Construction & Maintenance Services, Inc. (Parkersburg, WV), and Electrician at Griffin Electric, Inc. (Williamstown, WV). Brad has been involved with Structural Foundations’ foundation technology since 1986 and has directly performed or overseen installation / construction of every project. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served as a jet mechanic and crew chief, achieving the rank of Sergeant, First Tactical Air Command (TAC) Fighter Wing.
