Pacific-Mountain Contractors of California, Inc. (PMCC) was founded on the experience and regional familiarity of its senior staff members with the intention of translating the nearly 75 years of building experience they shared into a successful, local building company. Headquartered in Concord, CA, the mission was to utilize the relationships fostered over decades spent building in the East County region to create a company that could further fuel both the growth and the economy of Contra Costa County’s cities. Equipped with the knowledge of all major building practices and strong professional relationships with numerous local contractors, PMCC is now in position to effectively extend the prior successes of its founding members into its own success in the public works market.
