Domus works with a select clientele, to deliver dedicated service, typically limited to a single residential project annually.

Domus Design and Development is a design/build, project management, and property development division of The Un-Gyve Limited Group. Domus provides a range of contract services from pre-design to completion, including site selection and lease review, architectural services and value engineering. Specializing in business development services for the entertainment, hospitality, and retail industries, Domus works in cooperation with Un-Gyve and X-Company SpA to offer comprehensive strategies for project fulfillment.
