Pioneer Companies is a division of CP Realty, headquartered in Syracuse, New York. Pioneer’s roots extend back to the early 1960s when Founder and Chairman Emeritus Michael J. Falcone began building shopping centers and apartment buildings throughout Central New York. The intervening years have seen a great many changes in the industry; but, through it all, our company has had the foresight and ability to shift course, adjust product types, find new geographic locations, and establish creative partnerships with municipalities to build unique places.
