His expertise lies in marine biology and coastal/freshwater wetlands. He is proficient in all aspects of environmental permitting, including on-site biological assessments, impact analyses, restoration/ mitigation design, liaising with regulatory agencies and construction compliance monitoring. In addition, he has developed and implemented numerous water quality monitoring programs, wetland and seagrass restoration projects, and coral relocation efforts. Mr. Juszli has led environmental permitting efforts for numerous construction activities such as single-family residences, multi-family residential developments, single-family docking structures, commercial marinas, and port, roadway transportation, and utility infrastructure improvement projects throughout South Florida and the Florida Keys.
John Mayhut's Bio
John has over 12 years of experience in the water resources and environmental fields and served as lead field geologist, project manager, and technical lead for several injection-well and water-supply well construction projects. John has extensive experience permitting consumptive use and dewatering within the South Florida and Southwest Florida Water Management Districts. John has specific experience in the assessment of ASR programs related to economic feasibility, brackish groundwater investigations, solute-transport modeling, and water quality and recovery efficiencies. He has managed projects for the design, construction and testing of numerous water supply and Class I injection wells, including well performance rehabilitation and well-design modifications to enhance yield and eliminate sand production using geophysical logging methods. John has over 12 years of experience in the water resources and environmental fields and served as lead field geologist, project manager, and technical lead for several injection-well and water-supply well construction projects.

Mike Waldron's Bio
Mike has over 26 years of experience in the water resources and environmental fields. He has served as project manager for over 40 deep well projects that include the permitting, design, construction, and testing of injection, Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR), and water supply wells. Mike also has extensive contamination assessment and remedial system design consulting, including lateral and vertical delineation of hydrocarbon, metals, and chlorinated hydrocarbon impacts to soils and groundwater.
As KLJ's senior practicing geologist for deep well systems, he is an authority on state and federal regulatory agency operations and codes relating to ASR well systems and Class I and V injection wells. He recently was the project manager for permitting and construction of the City of s Pilot ASR system as part of the SJRWMD Regional ASR Demonstration Program for East-Central Florida. In the final stage of the program, Mike managed the construction and successful operational testing of the first full-scale system designed to eliminate the subsurface leaching of arsenic from anaerobic aquifers.
