Randy Richardson is President of Richardson Construction, Inc. (RCI) and has owned his own business since 1981. Randy began his general contracting business in California and worked there for eleven years before moving to Cheyenne, Wyoming in 1992. RCI has been serving as a General Contractor on a variety of commercial projects in the Cheyenne area ever since. The commercial projects have varied in size and scope with some contracts exceeding more than $14.5 million dollars.
Randy prides himself on being able to deliver a quality project, at or under budget, and always within the scheduled timeframe. Randy has completed Union Carpenter’s Apprentice Program and Construction Estimating Institute’s Project Management courses successfully. In addition, Randy worked in the trade for six years before turning his success into his own privately owned business. RCI’s scope of work for projects includes design-build, tilt-up, engineer approved structures, value engineering, and designing cost-effective buildings to tackle today’s energy efficient demands.
Besides doing the majority of RCI’s estimating, Randy has worked with numerous architects, engineers, and owners in preparing budget and cost analysis on various projects. Randy has the privilege of working with a core group of subcontractors who have worked for RCI for many years and have proven themselves in terms of quality workmanship, professionalism, and integrity.
