Scope Of Work
Brenntag Pacific is a pre-engineered metal building system to include 33,600 square feet of chemical and general storage along with 5,775 square feet of office space. Several outbuildings and tank storage areas also complete the overall construction project. The warehouse portion also contains a 1,000 square foot structural steel mezzanine space for mechanical equipment, telecommunication equipment, and a chemical lab. The exterior of the building is a combined finish of pre-engineered metal panels, cementitious stucco, and cultured stone veneer. The office space is a metal stud framed structure with a metal stud truss system. The interior of the warehouse contains fire separation walls designed to contain the different types of chemicals in storage prior to transit in accordance with their hazardous material classifications. This is currently an ongoing project for RCI with a contract finish date of June 1, 2015.
