He has successfully completed over 400 transactions in the commercial brokerage totaling over 8 million square feet. These transactions are comprised of industrial sales, leases, land brokerage, and various investment assignments. Bill employs a strenuous and structured marketing model to assure absolute exposure for his clients’ listing assignments. As an Investment Analyst, Jennifer plays a role in the sale process of investment real estate from start to finish. Some of her main duties include producing broker opinion of values, ARGUS DCF modeling and analyses, creating offering memorandums and teasers, investor research, and coordinating due diligence. In addition, Jennifer is also responsible for tracking cap rate data and sales comparables as well as creating quarterly investment market reports, investment updates, and property-specific marketing pieces.

As a Managing Partner for Colliers International | Wisconsin and Inland, Jessica oversees the marketing and technology initiatives for the firm. Joe Eldredge's Bio
Joe is part of the Colliers | Wisconsin Investment Services practice
group and the firm’s expert in multi-family assets and land
disposition.
Joe began his career in real estate brokerage in
1994. After 3 years in new construction sales, he absorbed the
responsibilities of project manager for a land development firm.
During the next decade he gained vast experience in land acquisition,
entitlement, and development.
After joining Colliers in 2009 in the midst of the real estate
recession, Joe worked closely with several banks and local lenders on
completion and disposition of broken residential developments all over
southeastern Wisconsin. Joe continues this work post-recession.
During the course of his 22-year career in real estate, Joe has
acquired priceless skills and knowledge. His areas of expertise
include valuation and disposition of multi-family, residential land,
redevelopment, mixed use, and assisted living assets.

Before joining Colliers International in 2017, Josh owned his own boutique real estate firm, Alpine Commercial. Prior to owning Alpine Commercial, he served as Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. for seven years.
Josh specializes in commercial real estate, helping buyers/tenants and tenants/landlords reach their real estate goals. Since 1994, Mark has been involved in multiple facets of commercial real estate including the sale and leasing of over 120 industrial and commercial properties and the sale of over 1,500 acres of industrial, single family, and other land for development. He has been party to the disposition of numerous investment properties and the structuring of joint venture partnerships for ground-up and adaptive re-use developments. He is fluent in construction, finance, management and sale and leasing of all facets of commercial real estate, with a specialty in industrial and land.
