He has successfully completed over 400 transactions in the commercial brokerage totaling over 8 million square feet. These transactions are comprised of industrial sales, leases, land brokerage, and various investment assignments. Bill employs a strenuous and structured marketing model to assure absolute exposure for his clients’ listing assignments. As an Investment Analyst, Jennifer plays a role in the sale process of investment real estate from start to finish. Some of her main duties include producing broker opinion of values, ARGUS DCF modeling and analyses, creating offering memorandums and teasers, investor research, and coordinating due diligence. In addition, Jennifer is also responsible for tracking cap rate data and sales comparables as well as creating quarterly investment market reports, investment updates, and property-specific marketing pieces.

Jennifer has a strong history of finance, marketing and real estate. Her organizational skills, strong work ethic and past experience with commercial real estate make her a huge asset to the Investment Sales team.

Joe is part of the Colliers | Wisconsin Investment Services practice group and the firm’s expert in multi-family assets and land disposition.
Joe began his career in real estate brokerage in 1994. After 3 years in new construction sales, he absorbed the responsibilities of project manager for a land development firm. During the next decade he gained vast experience in land acquisition, entitlement, and development.  

After joining Colliers in 2009 in the midst of the real estate recession, Joe worked closely with several banks and local lenders on completion and disposition of broken residential developments all over southeastern Wisconsin. Joe continues this work post-recession.  During the course of his 22-year career in real estate, Joe has acquired priceless skills and knowledge. His areas of expertise include valuation and disposition of multi-family, residential land, redevelopment, mixed use, and assisted living assets.

Before joining Colliers International in 2017, Josh owned his own boutique real estate firm, Alpine Commercial.   Prior to owning Alpine Commercial, he served as Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. for seven years. 

Josh specializes in commercial real estate, helping buyers/tenants and tenants/landlords reach their real estate goals. He focuses on tenant representation, site selection analysis, multi-store rollouts, shopping center leasing, disposition and ground-up development. In addition, Josh offers consulting services, helping clients work with other third-party vendors.As a Wisconsin native, Josh understands trends specific to the area. Since 1994, Mark has been involved in multiple facets of commercial real estate including the sale and leasing of over 120 industrial and commercial properties and the sale of over 1,500 acres of industrial, single family, and other land for development. He has been party to the disposition of numerous investment properties and the structuring of joint venture partnerships for ground-up and adaptive re-use developments. He is fluent in construction, finance, management and sale and leasing of all facets of commercial real estate, with a specialty in industrial and land.

Mark also has a specialty in creditor disposition work, specifically Chapter 128 & 813 receiverships and foreclosures, having listed, testified, and sold many properties for bankruptcy attorneys and financial entities. He has consulted widely on valuation of distressed properties for numerous financial institutions and equity and capital companies.

Mark joined the Wisconsin office as a sales associate in 2014. Mark joins the team with a background in tenant representation after spending the past for years with Cresa. He has had the opportunity to represent tenants spanning multiple industries including: office, retail, industrial, childcare and lab. As part of the new Green Bay office, Mark is focused on growing the Colliers brand throughout Green Bay and the Fox Valley.

Mark’s area of expertise includes; tenant representation and landlord representation, leasing and sales of office buildings.

Sean specializes in retail real estate with over 18 years of experience. He has been responsible for training and recruiting over 75 brokers in the marketplace.

Sean has served as a broker for numerous national and institutional transactions. His background includes everything from development due diligence to retail investment sales. Sean’s vast background makes the sale, leasing and development lifecycle a smooth process for his clients. He is consistently a top producer and a leader/mentor internally for the retail brokerage division.

Currently, Sean manages the Colliers | Wisconsin Retail team taking it from a one person department to seven retail brokers. His leadership and expertise has helped to expand Colliers presence throughout the state of Wisconsin.

Most recently, Sean has served as the Team Manager for Mattress Firm of WI. Tom is a Partner at Colliers International | Wisconsin and the leader of the firm’s Wisconsin Investment Services Team.  Tom has over sixteen years of commercial real estate experience.  His work focuses on advising institutional and private investors on strategies to maximize their real estate value.  He has won numerous industry awards for brokering the disposition and acquisition of both core and value-add properties.  In 2016, Tom earned Colliers International’s Everest Club award.  The Everest Club recognizes annually the top 10% of Colliers’ producers in the Americas region. 

In addition to being a company leader, Tom is also a leader in the southeastern Wisconsin business community.  For seven years he served on the board of directors for the Commercial Association of REALTORS Wisconsin (CARW), and in 2014 he was elected Chairman of the organization.  He also served for many years on the board of directors for the CCIM Wisconsin Chapter and Summit Educational Association.   Tom’s areas of expertise include investment sales, buyer and seller representation, ARGUS DCF valuation analysis, feasibility analysis, and development analysis.
