 I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Steve & Tim. I had a leak under a bathroom sink and they fixed that last week. Since it was an issue that could eventually happen in other parts of the house, they came back today and took care of the rest of them. They were efficient, nice, and funny.

 Outstanding IS the BEST word to describe these guys!!!!! I got 4 bids to repair some leaking occurring in a bathroom. Crown was recommended by someone on the Edmonds Moms fb page. Their plumber was the absolute BEST by far! He obviously took pride in his job. He explained what he discovered in his detective work and clearly outlined the solution possibilities. He was ethical, thorough and saved me thousands of dollars (compared to the other bids) for work quoted to me that I apparently didn’t need to solve this problem. I would ABSOLUTELY hire them again and would HIGHLY recommend them to friends and family! If I ever remodel my bathrooms and kitchen, I am definitely calling them. They’ll do it right!  Besides the technicians being excellent, great customer service and knowledge, the front office customer service was also excellent. They kept us informed during the procedure. Hire them, you’ll love them!
 

 I had to have my main sewer line cleared, where it was found to have tree roots clogging the line..The techs that came out were very polite and helpful (I asked a lot of questions…) and I was very pleased with my service! I would recommend this company to my friends…Thanks again, it’s nice to have clear running drains again!
 

 I knew we had the right company from the start. Dennis (who knows exactly what he’s doing) and his guys reviewed the project for the quote and picked up several things that I’d missed in the scope of work … it wasn’t good news, but it had to be done. I had contemplated doing the work myself and I’m now glad I decided to hire it out. Once we settled on the scope and the price, it was documented and signed in a formal manner. Dennis and his team were there when they said they’d be; did nice, professional work, left the crawl space clean and orderly without a bunch of piping hanging down or new obstructions. The inspector flagged a couple items and those were fixed the next business day, inspected and passed. I also added some additional work in the course of the project and it was handled in the same formal manner. I should also note that the only contractor driven extra we had was a shower valve and that was because we couldn’t get the one we wanted and Dennis found it and picked it up for us. All the guys were good to work with, conscientious and professional. Also worth noting, they were the only company I talked to that did gas piping and that factored into my decision to hire them. I gave them a “B” on price as they were not the lowest quote I received, but I’m not unhappy with the price and generally you get what you pay for and in this case I felt like we received good quality work.

 I received a return phone call within two hours of my inquiry. They were able to get us later the same day. I liked that I received a call when the plumber was on his way. Dennis, the plumber, was very friendly. He told me the price, then got to work right away. He figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour. The fix was a bit trickier than he originally thought, but the price did not go up. He cleaned up after himself very nicely. We’re glad to have a functioning sink again.

These guys were great. Our garbage disposal (installed by neighbor!) fell completely off the sink! We were stuck with no sink, and a 9 month old kid.

Called Crown plumbing the next morning. Within two hours they had it all fixed and back together and for a really reasonable price.

I'm very impressed with this company. They came on time, provided great service and explained everything they did thoroughly. A+

It feels a bit odd to wax poetic over a plumbing company but Nathan and Crown Plumbing merit it.  I had an unexpected, very large job at my home and Crown Plumbing was not only the most cost-effective option, their insight and recommendations made what could have been a complex situation, very manageable.  He's also done work at my rental and actually alerted me to a tenant issue, something the property management company had neglected to do.  They. Are. The. Best.

Just had Kris and Beau come to see if they can get a toy flip phone out of the toilet. Very friendly, outgoing, professional crew, highly recommend them and the Company! No plumbing is cheap but this company is at a very reasonable price, as these guys are dealing with what no one wants to deal with on a day to day base! Thank you guys! I also wanted to mention that the receptionist was very guest friendly as well when I called in for help! I was very happy to have service the same day I called in! Will continue further business when we need plumbing help!
