Dolphin Construction was formed in January 2001 by its President and founder Mr. Edward “Eddie” Tatlian. Since its inception, Dolphin Construction has become one of the most sought after Construction Management and Construction Consulting firms in the Northeast.

Dolphin Construction immediately deployed construction consulting teams to build a protective cover for all of the Bank of New York's data cables at the site of the destruction while simultaneously preparing a pre-existing structure to house all of its operations. Within 72 hours, Dolphin Construction set up everything from data, to HVAC, and the Bank of New York once again was up and running.
