Andy Medcalf Construction started in 1994 as a side business to supplement the full time work already being done for a large commercial contractor in the Willamette Valley. The motivation behind this initiative was creating a way to pay for the education of Andy’s two great kids. What also came along was an education for Andy. Building one on one relationships with clients and organizations on a more intimate scale that helped foster the cornerstone that Andy Medcalf Construction is built on — effective and personal relationships.

To this day Andy uses the positive relationships he has fostered with his sub-contractors over the past eight years to bring competitive negotiations to the table with every client.
