Five Star Commercial Builders is a custom builder specializing in modular construction. We design and build a wide variety of buildings from custom homes, cottages, large estates to condos, multi-family apartments, hotels and college dorms. We are capable of building up to six stories in wood and twelve stories in steel and cement. We have built narrow lot beach homes as well as custom colonials exceeding 16,000 square feet. We serve all of Long Island, the Hamptons, Westchester, all 5 boroughs of NYC, Northeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Our factory partnership enables our customers to get a higher level of customization, timelier deliveries, more competitive pricing, better quality and an overall superior building experience. We also have our own Modular setting company, Mod Sets, which ensures that your Modular building is prepared and set to factory specifications.
