Arctic Canada Construction Ltd. is a company of experienced professionals and skilled trades personnel offering a wide range of design and construction services. We are a group of individuals with diverse qualifications working as a team with leadership that draws from more than 25 years of work throughout the arctic in remote locations and severe climates. Together we have an impressive history that integrates our knowledge of northern communities with the professional resources and the labour forces to provide our customers with innovative solutions and a service that is uniquely focused on Canada's arctic regions.

Our mission is to provide our customers technically advanced design solutions with economically effective building services in a manner that consistently meets the logistical challenge for arctic shipping and construction scheduling, and to build a company with the ability to consistently offer design and construction services that will build capacity in our arctic communities through trades apprenticeships and safe work training programs.

Arctic Canada Construction Ltd. offers design and building construction services for private developers and the government on industrial, institutional, and commercial projects incorporating concrete, wood frame or engineered wood structures, pre-engineered or conventional structural steel, industrial or architectural wall envelop systems and commercial roofing, and a full range of interior design and finishing.

Our own forces resource base includes the skills and experiences to meet the challenges of working in the rigorous climate and to train and develop an indigenous workforce. To achieve the goals of our Mission Statement, Arctic Canada Construction Ltd. maintains the motto "Building Trades for Arctic Canada". This is as true today as it was when the company was incorporated in 1995. Arctic Canada Construction Ltd. has grown from a small general contracting company based in Hay River in response to the economic cycles, the changes in construction technology and the evolving political landscape of the arctic.
