Scope Of Work
The COMMISSION anticipates rehabilitating approximately 27 percent of the sewer mainline laterals and manhole assets identified in the Sligo Creek Basin by utilizing trenchless technologies such as grouting and the installation of structural liners. Additionally, the remaining 73 percent of the work is anticipated to involve pipe bursting, open cut sewer pipe and sewer manhole replacement projects and stream restoration activities that will require ground disturbance (including the construction of temporary access roads). Work under this contract will mainly occur within environmentally sensitive areas of the Sligo Creek Basin. However, other basin work may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
