Chris Maynor's Bio
Chris’s corporate leadership skills and responsibilities comprise working closely with each project manager to ensure they oversee each and every project with the client in mind to deliver their project on time and on budget, as well as ensuring adherence to the quality standards of the company. Chris coordinates the most appropriate staffing for each project and maintains the overall schedules of projects and personnel.
Since graduating from Texas A&M University, Chris has worked extensively in construction and project management, overseeing a wide array of projects in medical, retail, restaurant, and industrial fields. With that experience and his unique ability to work with others in a team environment, Chris implements and furthers the company’s mantra to provide a superior product and service to our clients.
David Fink's Bio
David’s responsibilities include reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts, subcontracts, and other legal documents, corporate compliance, claims, and litigation. David assists our leadership team with HR, risk management, and warranty. David also works with the project management teams to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
David combines his background in architecture, with his significant experience in real estate, zoning, construction, and business law, both as a litigator and transactional attorney.
David graduated from Texas Tech University with a Master of Architecture, and later earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa.
Matt Zahm's Bio
When founding Z Constructors in 2008, Matt was determined to deliver a superior product and service in the vast field of construction. As a result, Matt focuses on delivering quality construction services while maximizing value and schedule for his clients. Matt has a great diversity of construction experience in retail, healthcare, veterinary, and industrial market segments.
Matt brings his natural corporate leadership responsibilities and vision to the company operations and strategic planning. He feels it is his ultimate responsibility for the success and delivery of each and every project.
Matt attended the University of Missouri–St. Louis – studying International Business with an emphasis in Economics.
Seth Williams's Bio
Seth’s corporate leadership responsibilities comprise brand development, marketing and business development efforts, community relations, as well as Z Constructors strategic positioning. He is instrumental in strategic planning, along with cultivating and maintaining client relationships.
Additionally, Seth is very involved with all the personnel at Z Constructors to help further the company’s mantra to provide a superior product and service for their clients.
Seth graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction and later received his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Texas–Arlington
Tyler M. Calder's Bio
Tyler’s corporate leadership skills and responsibilities comprise working closely with each project manager and field superintendent to ensure they oversee each and every project with the client in mind to deliver their project on time and on budget, as well as ensuring adherence to the quality standards of the company. Tyler coordinates the most appropriate staffing for each project and maintains the overall schedules of projects and personnel.
Since graduating from Purdue University, Tyler has worked extensively in construction and project management, overseeing a wide array of projects totaling over $1B – primarily in the healthcare and higher-education fields. He has served in various capacities including: Senior Project Manager and Transition Planner with experience in construction operations, business development, owner’s representation, project engineering, project management, relocation management, and healthcare consulting.

Kelvin Bailey's Bio
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Kelvin has served in many capacities at a number of companies in locations across the U.S. In his current role as Program Director of Z’s Multifamily and Residential Division, he focuses on preconstruction and constructability aspects, including manpower, material supply chain, logistics and scheduling.
Kelvin’s portfolio includes projects ranging from $1M-$100M in budget and from land development and residential to healthcare and restaurant in type.
Kelvin graduated from Tyler Jr. College and the University of Utah where he majored in Accounting.

Kevin Reynolds's Bio
Kevin leads the Special Projects Division and has complete responsibility for his team’s delivery of projects falling within this category (based on project type, complexity and/or size). Kevin is an innovative thinker – constantly looking to improve workflow and has developed and implemented new methods and processes for managing projects, scheduling, change orders, and pay applications.
Kevin has a very diverse project portfolio that includes: retail centers; medical offices; dental offices; emergency departments; warehouse/industrial; educational facilities; banks; call centers; and restaurants.
Kevin attended the University of North Texas where he studied Construction Science and Marketing.
Seth Thompson's Bio
Prior to starting his current role as Field Operations Manager, Seth was a Project Superintendent, completing numerous, successful projects with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.
Seth’s corporate leadership skills and responsibilities consist of coordinating and working with each Project Superintendent from a field perspective to ensure on-time completions, quality construction, safe job sites, and professional presentation of the Z Constructors brand. With a results-driven attitude, he works with each project team to provide solutions and support to produce an overall successful construction project that meets the client’s needs and exceeds expectations.
Since graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science, he has excelled in on-site field supervision with experience in multiple areas of construction, including multi-family, senior living, hospitality, dental, retail, and medical fields.
Business Development, Marketing & Sales
Jan Krause Leckie's Bio
After owning a successful printing and graphic design business for a number of years, Jan shifted her focus to pursue a career in marketing – specifically architecture and construction marketing. She has since held marketing and business development positions at several firms in the Dallas area.
Jan’s current role spans the gamut of internal culture initiatives to external brand identity and awareness, as well as the recruiting, onboarding and development/training of new staff members.
She believes that there is no “one size fits all” solution to a client’s needs, and based on that philosophy, strives to assemble teams that are diverse in background and experience – offering different perspectives on every project opportunity or challenge.
Jan attended Southern Methodist University (Cox School of Business) where she received a Graduate Marketing Certificate.
Finance & Accounting
Zach Binns's Bio
Zach’s responsibilities include overseeing daily accounting operations, cash flow management, financial reporting to ownership, forecasting financial analysis, and assisting Z Constructors’ outside CPA firm with annual reviews and tax return preparation. Zach also works with the project management team to ensure that the finances of each project are projected, tracked and reported in an accurate and efficient fashion.
Zach brings a great depth of experience from various areas within the accounting field, including public accounting, non-profit management, and financial services.
Zach graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration degrees.
Other
Angel Mendoza's Bio
Angel Mendoza is an accomplished General Superintendent with over 20 years of commercial construction experience. Prior to his current role, Angel was a Field Superintendent and worked on numerous project types including: restaurants; hospitals and emergency centers; grocery stores and gas stations; as well as hotels and custom homes.
Prior to entering the construction industry, Angel was a National Bull Riding Champion – having won over 200 belt buckles and several saddles…not to mention a lot of respect in the rodeo arena.
