Founded in 2007, BES Design/Build, LLC (BES D/B) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and has been verified by the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE). BES D/B has offices in Fairhope, AL; Charleston, SC; and Johnson City, TN. BES D/B offers architecture, engineering, design/build, general contracting, cost estimating, scheduling, construction management, as well as energy and alternative energy services. The Principals of BES D/B, Joseph L. Banach, PE, and Wm. Walter Bolton, PE, have over 40 years of combined experience in the architecture, engineering, design/build and construction industries. Mr. Banach and Mr. Bolton are both Professional Engineers and bring exemplary leadership and management skills from their tenure as military officers. BES D/B’s philosophy is based on cooperativeness; we work with the client to provide safe, quality solutions that fit within their budgets and schedules. Our #1 goal is always client success. Mr. Banach and Mr. Bolton are hands?on owners as they also are involved in all the projects supporting the project management roles.
