George King, a licensed construction company owner in the state of New York is a leading expert in construction management, with over 10 years in the industry and hands-on experience in every facet of the business, ranging from Field Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Executive, Operations Manager and Territorial Manager, to CEO of First & Foremost Design Inc.

Throughout his career, George has successfully managed construction sites of all building types, including residential, commercial, healthcare, hotel, and is skilled in managing projects under both Construction Management and Guaranteed Maximum Price contract scenarios. George is personally involved in providing executive support throughout the life-cycle of each project, encompassing pre-construction planning and design with the client and project team, to construction feasibility, monitoring cost and schedule, through to obtainment of the Certificate of Occupancy. His multiple-task management approach enables him to oversee a number of projects at various stages of development and construction.

Paul Hsu is involved in the overall health of First & Foremost Design Inc. as well as projects currently under contract, which includes operations of the company(s) general contracting, construction management and development management services division. Paul also provides advisory services to clients that topically range from site identification and acquisition, agency approvals, and sourcing project resourcing, to the setting up of rental or sales programs and on-going operational management. 

Prior to First & Foremost Design Inc, Paul spent the last 10 years within the digital space in several roles, from a Technical Lead, Senior Project Manager to a Senior Consultant/Advisor. He has successfully launched digital projects from desktop sites to mobile sites/applications from various levels from Travel Industries, Hospitality, Retail to Pharmaceutical verticals.
