Born and raised in North Little Rock, Bobby began his tenure with
Baldwin & Shell in 1987, working as an estimator, moving to
project coordinator and then division manager. His out-of-the-box
approach to problem solving quickly moved him up to a board of
directors’ position in 1999, and he was named President of the Central
Arkansas Team in 2014. In 2021, Bobby was named President Elect and
will become President & CEO January 2022. Bobby attended Ouachita
Baptist University in Arkadelphia, where he graduated with a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Business Administration. He also earned a Bachelor
of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of
Louisiana at Monroe. He gives back to his hometown by serving on
the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce board and the Rotary Club.
He has served as a North Little Rock School Board member, YMCA board,
Young Life board and a host of community efforts. Bobby is also very
involved at New Life Church Greater Little Rock. He and his wife,
Donna, have four children, Trey, Alex, McKenzie and Dean.
