Scope Of Work
Formerly the home of Arnold Buick, Eastman Cooke transformed this West Babylon site into the new $2.5 million, 30,000-square foot Petsmart pet store and veterinary hospital. Basser Kaufman acted as developer and built-to-suit this store, which included full site development.
Eastman Cooke coordinated all demolition, abatement, utilities, and site work in addition to the construction of the 30,000-square foot facility, while the adjacent shopping center was kept open and undisturbed. This project is a LEED-certified site and building, and has been recognized by the Town of Babylon.
