The ECA team doesn’t just punch in and out of a job site each day. We eat, sleep and breathe the project, stopping at nothing until the right strategy is in place and the process is underway. We have grown organically since our inception in 2009, and it is the collaborative efforts of many of our earliest employees who have helped build the firm alongside its founders.
