Scope Of Work
Eastman Cooke was responsible for constructing this $12 million, 200,000 square foot insulated warehouse and associated corporate offices for Jetro / Restaurant Depot, a leading national restaurant supply company. This state-of-the-art distribution facility features the latest in warehouse inventory management systems for restaurant equipment, as well as offices, receiving areas, break rooms, foodservice and IT room. The project required full site development including installation of primary electric power and block house transformers. The project required strong coordination with DEC, DEP and DOB for all site utilities.
