Scope Of Work
ECA was tasked with building out this 11,000-square foot store core and shell, creating a fixture-ready space, consisting of two public bathrooms, a manager’s office, a 2,000-sq.ft. stock room and a 9,000-sq.ft. sales floor. A new store front and facade to match the existing building’s criteria was also installed.
This project included new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, flooring, store front systems and design-built Sprinkler and Fire Alarm systems. ECA expedited this project for both the tenant and landlord ahead of schedule for a very successful store opening a month ahead of the project schedule.
