Scope Of Work
Major corporate office renovation for large Long Island-based nonprofit. Transformation of the 25,000 sq. ft. space included the construction of glass exteriors, an open interior floor plan, new pantries, and an upgrade to the building’s plumbing and mechanical systems and existing rooftop units. New carpeting, floor tiles, lighting fixtures, and vibrant structural columns completed the modern, contemporary look. To obtain precise measurements throughout the site, a 3D scan was performed for maximum accuracy. Expert coordination and extensive knowledge among the project team ensured that all building standards were met, while creative collaboration with TPG Architects helped to fuel eye-catching, successful design outcomes. Frequent communication with FCA ensured that every client’s need was met and that the project remained on track every step of the way.
