I want to thank Heavenly Air for being so supportive and helping me with the horrible warranty company. The home warranty company told me Heavenly Air would be calling any minute to give me an estimate. After a few hours I called them. Turns out the warranty representative had not even given them my info yet. But the owner apologized for them and came out the next morning and told me the coil was leaking and he would call the warranty company to let them know. They called and told me the whole thing needed to be replaced. Over the next month I struggled to get any information or an ETA on the parts from the warranty company. But Heavenly Air always answered my calls and questions and sometimes even called them for me and kept me informed. After 40'days without AC in TX during the summer, they finally got the parts ( after having to track them down because they were delivered to wrong place. ) It was installed 2 days ago and they did a perfect job, cleaned up and completed a whole install in less than 3 hrs. I highly recommend them!!
