Paul Jordan's Bio
Paul has been the CEO of Corval Group, Inc. since October 1st, 2004. At 16 years old, Paul started working in the tool/equipment yard. After college, he moved into the preconstruction department and then into the project management training program. His focus was on the Industrial & Process industries where he became Vice President of the Industrial Division. Paul focuses on the strategic direction of the organization as well as the next generation of Corval’s leaders. He takes tremendous pride in being part of such a great organization.

Peter Jordan's Bio
Since joining the company in 1984, Peter has touched every aspect of the Corval business – from fabrication and field operations to estimating, project management, facilities and marketing. A pipefitter member of Local 539, Peter successfully re-launched and ran Corval’s robust Service department. He is active in government affairs, advocating on behalf of the construction industry and Corval, while managing all Corval facilities. Peter is a passionate brand champion and vocal supporter of the Corval culture found in all our offices and project locations.

Steve Poser's Bio
Steve Poser joined Corval Group in 1984 where he worked as a field engineer while attending the University of Wisconsin Stout. After earning a Construction Management Degree he started full time as a piping and sheet metal estimator. Steve worked as an estimator/project manager on Commercial and Industrial projects throughout the Midwest. In 2001 he became the manager of the preconstruction department and in 2005 was promoted to Vice President of the Commercial Construction Division. Since 2010 Steve has served as Executive Vice President, he is a primary resource for onboarding and training Corval’s project managers, creating systems, and auditing performance to help our teams plan and deliver projects safely, on time, and under budget.

Todd Dougan's Bio
As President of Corval Constructors, Todd leads our service and union-affiliated construction divisions, ensuring projects have adequate resources and oversight. With experience and expertise in commercial and heavy industrial construction, Todd’s leadership allows Corval project managers and field forces to safely deliver projects at the highest quality standards, and to achieve bottom line results for our clients.

Chris Novak's Bio
As Vice President leading Corval’s Commercial and Industrial Construction groups, Chris delivers results with a focus on client care. Chris is an alum of the Minnesota State University-Moorhead’s Construction Management program and active in the AGC. He developed his problem-solving approach to managing projects and teams over the course of 21 years in the Construction industry. Chris stewards resources to allow his Corval teams to meet the schedule, budget, safety, and quality requirements required on the project through focused efforts in meeting the client’s overall project expectations.

Bob Weir's Bio
Bob is the Vice President of Engineering and Development. He has an Engineering Degree from South Dakota State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) and Credentialed Project Management Professional (PMP). He has in excess of 25 years of experience in Design, Construction, and Project Execution. Bob has worked on all kinds of projects, including but not limited to Coal Gasification, Power, Oil and Gas, Food Products, and Biofuels. He has been involved with projects in excess of $2.0 Billion. Bob has expertise in Project Scoping, Front End Design Studies, Project Financing, and overall Project Execution. Bob utilizes his diverse background of knowledge to assist project teams to deliver best value design and meet overall project objectives for the customer.

John Rutledge has traveled the country speaking about the need for a cultural change in the construction industry with an emphasis on personal accountability. John with the help of IT developed in-house systems such as positive behavioral reinforcement, training, inspection, auditing, and reporting. These systems help shape our culture and ensure we identify and mitigate risk. John enjoys collaborating with clients and subcontractors to better safety systems and programs. John is a firm believer in setting goals, measuring performance, and celebrating success.

As the Human Resources Manager, Kayti Schreiner is responsible for managing one of Corval Group’s most important resources, its people. She leads the areas of talent acquisition and retention, performance management, compensation and employee relations. She has eight years of experience in the construction industry working in Human Resources and Payroll. Kayti has her MBA in Management from the University of Sioux Falls and is an active member of SHRM and TCSHRM. She maintains her Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Mike Scully's Bio
As Director of Business Technology for Corval Group, Mike brings years of experience leading high-tech teams in a broad array of industries, ranging from manufacturing and retail to healthcare and finance. Mike has led teams in large and small organizations, both domestically and internationally, and has led large projects for companies like General Mills, GMAC, and Northwest Airlines. He earned his MBA in Technology Management from the University of Saint Thomas, and has been an active member of the Project Management Institute and the MN-PMI chapter for many years. Mike is currently studying for his CISSP cybersecurity certification.

Steve Worner's Bio
Steve brings over 20 years of industry experience and oversees Corval’s accredited ASME quality control program for pressure equipment and Corval’s Quality Management System. With Corval since 2012, Steve leads Corval’s systematic approach to continuous improvement and assuring project quality from the design phase through construction completion. Steve’s industry experience includes developing and managing multiple capital and maintenance projects, overseeing quality assurance and quality control, and auditing for compliance. Steve earned his B.S. Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and his MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

Tim leads Corval’s Special Projects and Service Divisions with 15+ years of industry experience. He started in the industry doing residential HVAC then moved into Commercial system installs and sheet metal installation. Growing his career he moved into the office working on estimating sheet metal, piping, and plumbing projects, account managing, and project managing. In 2019, Tim became Division Manager for Service and Special projects. Tim’s leadership allows Corval project managers, field and service forces to safely deliver and projects at the highest quality standards, and to achieve bottom line results for our clients.
