Scope Of Work

ecoREAL led a collaborative partnership group of MWESB companies to complete an upgrade of three OED buildings for the State Department of Administrative services in Klamath Falls, Bend and Eugene. The team utilized ecoREAL’s GBIM cloud-based platform to collaborate, assign tasks, share documents, and provide real-time updates to the State’s Project Manager who was also the head of Sustainability for the State at that time. We were also responsible for performing on-site audits, and through our unique triple-bottom line assessment process, provided recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce life cycle costs by taking a holistic approach to HVAC, daylighting, envelope, and energy management systems. 

We provided sustainable design strategies, specifications, and construction drawings for all three building upgrades that provided solutions that met long-term goals while maintaining the budget and schedule. The Project Manager left in the middle of bidding for those projects, and we overcame that hurdle through our diligent documentation, ability to problem solve, and collaborative spirit working with the new Project Manager. We were also able to match innovation with practicality in our solutions.
