Our Story
Our founding principal, Summer Fowler, brings 10 years of architecture background, with a unique skill set gained working on Federal job-sites to problem solve ways to bridge the gap between the green building design mandates and the construction process.
ecoREAL was born out of need to innovate new sustainable design strategies and tools that are cost-effective and seamlessly integrate with the design and construction process.
Integrated project delivery pulls from the strengths of various disciplines though out the process to evaluate challenges and discover opportunities. The goal is to find sustainable solutions that maximize long-term benefits.
At ecoREAL we see the ambiguity in terms like sustainability and green. This leads to "Green Washing" and high Green Building Consulting fees.
