ecoREAL worked with Howard S. Wright Construction to manage the LEED material and waste tracking process. The team saved time and money with ecoREAL's proprietary Green Building Integrative Management software and Lean LEED tools, Summer developed on a Federal job-site in 2009, that make sustainability requirements a seamless and easy part of the process for the general contractors and subs to incorporate at every step of the project. As a result, the project earned all of the pursued LEED Construction Credits the first time without the headache!
