Jeff Williamson's Bio
Jeff Williamson brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry as the President of Sundt’s Transportation Group. He is a member of the company’s executive management.
Jeff began his career in the construction industry as a field engineer in 1986 and has worked in both the field and the office at all levels of the business. Prior to joining Sundt, Jeff served for 15 years as a regional vice president for a large civil contractor in the Southwest, where he helped grow annual volume from $28 million to $242 million. He had previously served as a project engineer and construction project manager for Sundt in the early 1990s.
Upon returning to Sundt in 2011, he assumed the role of senior vice president and heavy civil division group manager. Under Jeff’s leadership, the group has performed more than $2 billion worth of work across Arizona, Texas, New Mexico and Utah and expanded into the Intermountain Region by opening an office in Salt Lake City, U.T. and Portland, Ore.
Jeff holds a master’s degree in civil and structural engineering and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, both from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the American Public Works Association, The Road Information Program (TRIP) and a former Chairman of the Arizona chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC).
Keenan Driscoll's Bio
Keenan Driscoll joined Sundt Construction in 2022 as the Company’s next Chief Financial Officer, joining the Company’s executive management team and being appointed to the Sundt Companies’ Board of Directors. In his role, he is responsible for supporting executive leadership in driving business performance with short-term and long-term business decisions regarding asset and liability management, risk management, and effective internal controls. Keenan will also oversee Sundt’s accounting, Treasury, information technology, and facilities management functions.
He joins Sundt after more than 11 years with AECOM, one of the world’s leading infrastructure services providers. During his tenure, he served as the Company’s global treasurer as well as the chief finance and operations officer for the Americas, with responsibility for financial planning, controllership, project accounting, support services, procurement and real estate. Prior to joining AECOM, Keenan spent 10 years working in investment banking. He began his career in the construction industry as a project engineer after graduating from college.
Keenan holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tufts University.

Mike Hoover's Bio
Since becoming Sundt’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of its Board of Directors, Mike Hoover has led the company’s transformation into one of the country’s largest and most skilled general contractors.
Under Mike’s leadership, Sundt’s annual revenue has nearly doubled in just four years, reaching $1.5 billion in fiscal year 2020. At the same time, the company earned its highest ranking since 2011 in Engineering News Record’s (ENR) Top 400 Contractor list. ENR, the construction industry’s principal trade publication, generates its list of Top 400 Contractors based on the prior year’s construction revenue.
In 2020, Mike led Sundt’s expansion into renewable energy construction by acquiring a leader in the renewable power market and forming Sundt Renewables, LLC. The following year, the company opened a new office in Charlotte, N.C., to capitalize on the expansion of industrial construction opportunities.
Before moving into his leadership role in October 2016, Mike served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer managing the company’s transportation, mining and industrial, concrete, building, safety and quality control groups. Under his leadership, the company expanded into new markets, including Irvine, Calif.; Salt Lake City, Utah; Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas and Charlotte, N.C.
Sundt is known for giving back to the communities where its employee-owners live and work through the Sundt Foundation. Mike has continued that tradition of generosity, leading the company to cross the $11 million mark in donations made to hundreds of nonprofit organizations across the country.
Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Ariz., and joined Sundt fulltime shortly thereafter. During high school he spent his summers working on various Sundt jobsites, making him one of the few construction industry leaders to work their way up from laborer to executive.
Mike’s belief in giving back to his community and the construction industry is evidenced by his involvement in a wide range of organizations. In 2018 he served as President of The Beavers, a national heavy civil organization. Mike currently sits on the board of directors for The Road Information Program (TRIP) and is a member of the Construction Industry Round Table, an association of chief executive officers of America’s leading design and construction companies. He is also a Board member of Greater Phoenix Leadership, an organization of leading CEOs, and a contributing member of the Council on Competitiveness.
Nicole Calamaio's Bio
As Sundt’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Nicole is responsible for all of Sundt’s talent management functions, including talent acquisition, workforce development, human resources and total rewards. Nicole joined Sundt in 2014 and has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, 20 of which have been in the construction industry.
Nicole is a member of the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Board of Trustees and of the Construction Personnel Executives Group (CPEG) Executive Committee. Additionally, Nicole is the Chairperson of the ESOP/401(k) Advisory Committee and the Executive Director of the Sundt Foundation Board.

Rich Keil's Bio
In 2021, Rich led the expansion into the Southeast market, opening an office in Charlotte, N.C. The company utilized its experience in coal- and gas-fired plants, hydroelectric power plants, solar generating facilities and biomass plants, and pulp and paper to focus on the rapid growth in industrial construction across the Southeast markets.
Rich was named the President of the Industrial Group in 2018, after serving as the Senior Vice President for the Industrial Group for four years. Under his leadership, the Group flourished, increasing its annual revenue forecasts by nearly $700 million and expanded into technology and manufacturing. During this time, he oversaw the launch of Sundt Renewables, LLC, to focus on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the country.
Before joining Sundt in 2014, Rich spent 24 years working in various capacities for one of the world’s largest engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm working throughout North America. During this time, Rich grew his depth of experience in multiple sectors, including power, renewables, forest industries, water, mining, technology, and other process areas, including gasification, gas-to-liquids and algae fuels.
He has worked extensively with all project delivery models throughout his professional tenure, including EPC, construction-manager-at-risk and design build projects. Rich has managed profit and loss responsibility for his Group and managing strategic oversights of client accounts over $3 billion and direct supervision and management of projects exceeding $750 million.
Originally from the Northeast, Rich earned a degree in construction management from Syracuse University. He holds his professional contractor license in multiple states and is a graduate of Clemson University’s NCCER project management program and Georgia Tech’s construction management program. He is a member of the Construction Users Roundtable, a group of the leading construction and engineering executives, among other industry associations.

Ron Stuff's Bio
Ron Stuff’s construction experience spans 40 years. He currently serves as Sundt’s chief legal officer and chief ethics and compliance officer managing the company’s legal department and is responsible for all corporate legal matters concerning the company’s operation. Ron joined Sundt in 2014 as only the third general counsel in company history. A member of Sundt’s executive management team, he also serves as the corporate secretary on the Sundt Companies’ Board of Directors.
Ron was in private practice for 13 years before moving in-house with an international engineering, procurement and construction company. He has been recognized in construction law by Chambers USA, Who’s Who of Construction Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America® and has a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating of “AV Preeminent®” representing the agency’s highest ethical rating.
In 2020, he was elected a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers. Ron was named the Arizona Corporate Counsel of the Year in the large private company category by the Arizona Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the State Bar of Arizona and Arizona Business Magazine in 2017. He is a frequent author and speaker on construction topics, including corporate leadership, dispute resolution and risk management.
Ron graduated from Georgia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with highest honors. He worked for several years as both a field engineer and structural designer before entering Harvard Law School, earning his J.D.
Stefanie Teller's Bio
As Sundt’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications, Stefanie is responsible for marketing communications, brand management, executive communications, crisis communications, reputation management, employee communications and public relations. She has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications in the A/E/C industry.
Stefanie is executive director of the Sundt Foundation, the company’s charitable arm, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Tucson Children’s Museum. In 2019 she was named PR Professional of the Year by the Public Relations Society of America’s Southern Arizona Chapter and in 2020 she was selected as a finalist for a Women of Influence Award. Under Stefanie’s leadership, Sundt’s communications team earned the company’s Support Group Project of the Year Award in 2018 for its year-long corporate rebranding effort. Other professional affiliations include the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Southern Arizona Chapter.
Stefanie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson in 1996. An Arizona native, Stefanie resides in Tucson with her husband, two sons and a growing number of family pets.

Teri Jones's Bio
Teri Jones is the President of the Building Group for Sundt Construction. In this role, Teri is responsible for the safe, profitable execution of more than 60 projects each year performed by 400-plus employees across multiple states. Under her leadership, the Building Group’s annual revenue has increased by 50% to just over $1 billion.
During her 43-year career, Teri has developed expertise in nearly every aspect of construction while advancing through multiple positions including estimator, project manager, project executive, district manager, group manager, owner’s representative, inspector and even CEO of her own construction company. She joined Sundt 22 years ago and today is the company’s highest-ranking female executive as well as the only woman to serve on its board of directors.
Teri is a LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Professional Constructor, a former board member of the Performance Based Building Coalition and the Construction Management Advisory Board at the University of California, Berkeley. She is a guest lecturer at the University of California, Davis and a regular panelist and presenter at industry conferences. In 2019 she was named one of “Arizona’s Most Influential Women” by AZRE and AZ Business magazines.
Teri’s interest in construction began in high school when she registered for drafting classes and soon realized a passion for the built environment. As the first member of her family to attend college, she holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California in civil engineering – building design.
