Scope Of Work
For Orange County Community College District’s Cypress College, Sundt led the construction and of the Science, Engineering, and Math Building (SEM), the Veteran’s Resource Center (VRC), the Student Activities Center and the Veterans Memorial Bridge, Tribute Garden and pond .
Building on an active campus means safety and student access are key parts of the planning process. The project boundaries were right in the middle of campus. Our project team created a “swing-gate” system with wayfinding signage to allow students clear, quick and safe access.
