Patrick Campbell’s discipline of organization and managing resources ensures that all necessary assets will be delivered with predictable results based on the quality, schedule and budget defined in the contract documents.

Construct ONE’s goal of creating a building that best meets our clients’ needs is our most important job. To do that requires that we exceed delivering a technically sound building on time and within budget. It requires a Team Build effort, a process that fosters collaboration and problem solving among all members of the project team—owner, architect, engineers and others—and focuses on the needs of the client.
