 In business for over 25 years, Vin Czarnecki started working in Roslyn as a restoration carpenters helper under the apprenticeship of his father Paul, who was a master trim and restoration carpenter, throughout the 1980's. Restoring all or in part, over 20 homes around the Roslyn Duck Pond by his early 20's under Dr. Roger Gerry, who headed the Roslyn Landmark Association, Vin had gained a wealth of experience in mortise and tenon, post and beam construction, rubble wall and other associated forms of restoration. From there, he moved on to frame new homes for several years, as well as an employee at a 2 ceramic tile and marble installation companys, before starting a home improvement business in 1989.
