 Paden & Bletscher Construction was founded in 2012 by Rick Paden & Steve Bletscher. Retiring after over 30 years, Michael R. Tolladay built and sustained a highly successful business based on a foundation of quality, honesty and dependability. Having been a part of Tolladay Corporation for over 20 years, Rick and Steve will continue that tradition as Paden & Bletscher Construction.

Serving all of California, we have experience in the construction of retail, commercial and office spaces, medical offices and facilities, as well as industrial complexes. We pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge of the construction industry and it's products, along with our depth of experience in a variety of project types. 

     Our philosophy is that construction is a partnership between people and ideas. Providing the utmost attention to our clients, we are able to take you from concept to completion, working closely with you, the architects and the subcontractors to complete your project on time, within budget and with precision.
