Architect Jason Kliwinski is one of the most recognized Sustainable Design experts in the country. One of less than 200 LEED™ Fellows in the world, Jason’s dedication to the restoration, preservation, and adaptive use of existing facilities, as well as the creation of environmentally responsible, healthy new buildings has earned him a reputation as a pragmatic designer and passionate advocate of sustainability.
Jason is also co-founder of the New Jersey Chapter of the US Green Building Council and former President of the AIA-NJ. He is a dedicated advocate for green building and contributes significant time to developing legislation and policy around creating sustainable communities and addressing climate change, working through AIA-NJ and USGBC-NJ. He currently serves as the North East regional Chair of the Committee on the Environment for the American Institute of Architects, Chair of the Resiliency Committee and Education Committee for USGBC-NJ,and sits on the Code Advisory Board of the NJ.
