Scope Of Work
An urban infill redevelopment of 5 acres located on the perimeter of Dallas' Central Business District. This 17,000 square foot, ground-up project was for a multi-building Resource Center.
The various phases included a geo-thermal mechanical system, interior offices and classroom finish out, cold storage (refrigeration), commercial kitchen and landscaping.
