Drive Construction was founded to meet the needs of the underserved small-to-medium construction market looking for a provider for ground-up and specialized project builds. The Texas marketplace has a need for contractors who can provide a custom product with low overhead costs and efficiency.
The leadership of Drive Construction built the drive brand on a foundation of retained clients. The Drive program focuses on the ‘fundamental stuff’ that makes for good business: attitude, integrity, technology and relationships. Through a simple process of listening and learning, the Drive leadership understands their customers want a relationship-based solution to include high level of communication and documentation without the inefficiencies and overhead costs that come with larger companies.
As a result of the lessons learned from research and experience, the Drive Program was developed. The Drive Program is based on construction science, technology, and the agility necessary to meet the demands of the rapidly growing Texas market. However, before applying leading edge technology and training to any project, Drive Construction establishes an enduring foundation. Every project starts with collaboration. The relationships between Drive and its partners forms the foundation allowing each project to meet client specifications. When this foundation is in place, together we can move forward with organization, great communication, cleanliness and speed.
To meet our standards, we look for staff with integrity, great attitudes, and a relentless work ethic. With these fundamentals in place, the Drive team develops relationships and delivers projects with success.
