We have contacted with Crosscreek Environmental twice, once to break up old, failing cement edging and replace with rip rap and the other to do in-water and upland plantings around our retention pond. We found everyone involved with the company to be competent and professional. We think we maintained excellent relations with our main contacts, Carlton and Danny. They were responsive to questions and to change orders. They completed the job in a timely fashion and came back after the project was completed to address a question we had. We would definitely use them again and have recommended Crosscreek Environmental to others. The only recommendation for improvement is to keep the customer better in the loop regarding timing - start date of the project.
