Scope Of Work
P.J. Hoerr was selected to provide general contracting on a 21,500 sq. ft. commercial construction project for Vermeer Midwest. This $3.4 million Pre-engineered Metal building and mezzanine provides a 2-story office and warehouse along with a 1-story shop in East Moline. This facility replaced an existing smaller facility. The 2-story office has a 4,900 sq. ft. office area, showroom and parts department. The 2nd floor is also 4,900 sq. ft. including a training room, kitchen and warehouse space. The shop is 11,700 sq. ft. that includes a wash bay, 3 underhung cranes along with the shop equipment. The exterior of the office portion is brick with EIFS fascia. The parking lot and entry drive is 68,000 sq. ft.
