Adam’s experience started with a St. Paul Union Electrical Shop.
There he estimated many large residential and commercial projects.
Projects ranged in size from $500 – $1.5 Million. Adam orchestrated
manpower for multiple jobs, conducted meetings with owners,
architects, engineers, and purchased materials needed for each job.
After several years with this company, Adam was approached by a
General Contractor to be hired on as an estimator / project manager.
In his new role he worked for a company that specialized in a wide
variety of home improvement projects ranging from full additions,
interior remodel work to large scale association projects. While
there Adam also worked closely with property management companies on a
variety of projects from annual maintenance contracts to window,
siding, and deck replacement. The combination of Adam’s previous work
history, knowledge in estimating, project management experience,
coordination skills, strong work ethic, and his desire to offer the
highest quality construction possible lead to the partnership with Ed
McNamara and the beginning of Gir-Mac Construction.
