C&C  Valley Construction Co., Inc. (C&C  Valley) is a family-owned general construction company in Santa Clara County and has been doing business since 1998.  Founder and President Joe Cota has 30+ years of experience in the construction business.  Joe is certified in home improvement, welding, metal stud framing, wood framing, cabinet making, finish carpentry and heavy equipment operations.   Also, on behalf of C&C Valley, Joe recently became EPA certified (led paint) through HomeSafe Environmental, Inc.  The certificate is very important in the remodel of homes built prior to the 1970’s.

Not only is Joe recognized for his sharp eye for detail, he expects this attitude for perfection from his employees and sub-contractors.  Joe is revered for his creative instinct and unique projects. Besides custom homes, remodels and additions to homes,  Joe has built one-of-a-kind garden fountains to massive columns for homes and gardens without the use or help of models but just with his sheer imagination.

When speaking about C&C Valley, one cannot forget another collaborator  to this company and her name  is Filomena Cota.  Filomena  is Vice-President of C&C Valley  and  Joe’s wife plus business partner.  Filomena has 20+ years business experience and worked in the legal field for that many years.  She brings her business sense and experience into helping the company run smoothly. Together they make a powerful partnership.
