Mr. Wilson is a veteran of the US Army (1972-1974) where he learned
the importance of discipline, integrity, hard work and teamwork. He
worked in Prudhoe Bay and Fairbanks Alaska on the Alyeska Pipeline and
endured the hardships of weather. His early life prepared him for
fatherhood, being a dedicated husband and a driven entrepreneur. Mr.
Wilson has been working in construction since 1974, starting as a
general laborer and working his way up to running his own company.
He met his wife, Mary, while playing softball on July 4, 1976 and
from there fell in love with her and softball.
He established BWW & Company, an independently owned and operated
construction company, in 1987 when he realized it was the only way to
ensure the level of excellence he strives for. In 2019, BWW &
Company became BWW & Company Inc.
Bobby has a passion for work, family and coaching. He coached co-ed
softball in his early life and moved onto coaching basketball when his
two boys showed an interest in playing. He has coached many young men
and women to high school careers and mentored them through college.
Coach Wilson currently coaches a 7th grade travel team and a freshman
team at the high school level.
While juggling his construction career and his coaching interest he
still makes time for family outings as he also has two daughters that
keep him busy with their amazing careers. Mr. Wilson also enjoys
spoiling his grandchildren every chance he gets.
