Hubby and I bought our first home and were wanting to purchase an alarm system. Andre (the fella who knocks on the door) came by and asked if we were wanting to purchase the system.
from day one this guy was AWESOME. so easy to talk to, super laid back, and ALWAYS happy. not annoying happy either.
anywho, we explained that with the move and being first time home buyers we weren't able to purchase something. at the time.
he came by every few months to follow up.

system installation was a breeze. I wish i could remember his name, think it was Darell? anywho he was awesome. he handled my crazy hyper dog very well. Anyways, he showed us step by step! went through the website, helped me download the app, made sure to look the other way when i was putting in codes. it was great.
Today, My alarm went off while I was at work.
My heart skipped a beat or two when i looked at my phone and had Email alerts, text messages, voicemail - from a real person. I had been alerted by my app and my mother in law (emergency contact)
I called back to see what had happen.
I forgot that I had my sister and her kids over. One of the kiddos open the door to let the dogs out and thats why the alarm went off.
I was so happy to find out that I had a video captured! - SO HILARIOUS, my nephew (the one who open the door) went RUNNING when the alarm went off. I cried from laughter when watching the video (your able to save it by the way!) The company even came on the intercom and asked my sister if everything was ok.
I seriously couldn't be happier. LOVE YOU GUYS!

First call was answered by Paul who was courteous and friendly. The estimate was set up for a few days later.
Both the estimate and install were handled by Darrell, who was professional, friendly, thorough, and most importantly not I to suggestive selling or up charging.
They use the Alarm.com platform, which was a plus. Installation took 5 hours, during which Darrell was not intrusive at all.
Overall a great experience and would recommend them without hesitation!
Best ever! I can recommend Blue Line Security, super friendly and professional. Very good consulting and the offer was better than FrontPoint. I got way more bang for my bucks. The system has all alarm.com features unlocked, FrontPoint did not (i.e. NEST integration). Paul is very friendly and helped a lot. Good thing, we could utilize our existing wired sensors and basically upgrade to a Smart Home Alarm. Blue Line installed everything and was really quick in answering all questions after installation. Their service doesn't end after you signed up, and thats pretty important. Happy customer here esp. with all the smart home features!!!! I really advise you to compare offers you got with Blue Line before you sign, you will be surprised! And the other plus point is, you support local business!

Excellent technical knowledge, thorough/detailed planning, expert installation, professional and friendly service. Exceeded all our expectations for home security (and we are very picky and called around). Paul worked with us ahead of time to ensure our needs were understood for our newly-constructed home, and Joey did an amazing job installing the system (efficiently and flawlessly) and providing training on how to use it-- from keypads to smartphone app setup to Austin PD alarm registration. Our home was armed and monitored upon move-in, taking one headache away from the chore of moving. We highly recommend Blue Line for your home security needs.
Couldn't be a better choice! Great prices ,equipment and great customer service. Told my friend about blue line, but she had already purchased ADT. She actually called ADT and wanted to cancel, but the bad thing was she has a 36 month contact! She's also paying way more and receiving a lot less then what I'm receiving from Blue Line. Again thanks Blue Line I'm glad we picked y'all
