During the installation, parts beyond those detailed in your estimate were needed, along with a second visit. Clearly, your installers went beyond the time normally expected for such work. They did an excellent job keeping the work area clean and then patiently testing the job and showing me how to connect my Honda generator when the need came.
This past week, as soon as we saw that 850,000 PECO customers were affected by the snow and ice storms, I hauled out the generator and plugged it in. It worked flawlessly. Such a difference from our 6.5-day period during Hurricane Sandy without power!

I wanted to thank you both for all of the help you have given us over the past week in our restaurant’s with relocating our outlets for the cotton candy machines. I know that originally the direction given to the locations was that we had a few weeks to get this finished, then our corporate office decided that they wanted to get them done by the end of the week or early next week. I am sure this caused frustration on your team and I’ll be honest I was a little frustrated with them also, and I want to apologize to you for that. You and your teams really stepped up to the plate on this and I appreciate that. Mike Candy has been extremely helpful from the start. I stopped by my Levittown Location last night and your crew did a fantastic job and left NO mess at all. I’ll tell you quite often our repair vendors don’t clean up after themselves and that is usually my number 1 complaint, but not with you guys.
