I’ve spent the last ten years developing a cadre of subcontractors that I can trust to do the job right.  By using the same subs for all my contract jobs, I receive favorable bids from my subs and I pass on these savings to the customer.   When building a new home, every detail is important, so we only work with subcontractors that have the same vision as I do, quality work at an affordable cost.  We place a strong emphasis on open books- during the construction phase, the customer will see all expenses and will be consulted for every expenditure.
