Brad Miles's Bio
Bradley is the Chief Financial Officer and also is the Qualifying Agent Contractor for KRI, along with being the Qualifying agent for the joint venture partner S&W Kitchens, Inc. Over the last 15 years Bradley has managed countless financial accounts for KRI Inc.
Jim Lyons's Bio
Jim Lyons was born in Naples, Italy. Being the son of a military man he moved frequently until the age of 9 when he grew up in Winter Park, Florida. Jim graduated from Winter Park High School in 1984. He then went on to earn an AA Degree from Valencia Community College in 1986.
Jim began working at New Signs & Graphics in 1987, where he expanded his graphic design skills relative to sign and custom fabrication. In 1993, Jim began working for Universal Studios – Planning and Development and was responsible for a variety of graphic design packages and project management related to merchandise cart, retail and dining venues. He switched responsibilities and was hired as graphics manager for Universal’s City Walk, a multi-million dollar entertainment venue. During this time frame Jim hired KRI as a vendor to effectively complete the work for several companies that had fallen short of the project goal. KRI successfully completed the required scope of work helping complete the project. At the completion of City Walk project, Jim was invited to join the KRI team. Jim with his skills in project management, estimating, graphic design and custom fabrication and became a partner at KRI and currently uses his skills to support daily internal needs as well as supporting our residential strategic partner S&W Kitchens.
Jim’s philosophy is simple… treat others as you would expect to be treated. This can be applied to almost every activity we carry out on a daily basis personally and professionally.
Jim was married to Michelle in 2004 and have three sons John, Justin, and Brady. Jim holds multiple US Patents for several of inventions. He enjoys designing, building and flying r/c aircraft. Jim was a member of the 1996 National Championship USSSA softball team. Jim currently resides in Ocoee, Florida with his wife and family.
Joe Valle's Bio
Joe Valle was born in Habana, Cuba, and moved to Madrid, Spain at age 2. He then moved to Winter Park, Florida where he grew up from the age of 8. He graduated from Winter Park High School in 1986, and went on pursue his AA degree at Valencia Community College.
Joe has 20+ years of hands on knowledge and a wide range of experience in the construction industry. Joe’s introduction to KRI, Inc. was with his brother in law, Jim Lyons. Joe started working with KRI, Inc. in 2003 in an effort to help build the residential remodel arm of the company as well as the multicultural market of the business. In 2007, he became a partner and Vice President. He is currently responsible for estimating, project managing, and the design of their clients’ imaginations and dreams. Some of these projects include, but are not limited to: Veranda Park Condominiums, Maggie Moos Creamery, and a multitude of residential remodeling projects. Joe is directly involved with KRI’s strategic partner S&W Kitchens as a project manager and estimator. He has managed the construction of residential as well as commercial projects, from the design stage to building and final client satisfaction.
Joe’s business philosophy is to have integrity and truth in all we do. Although this may be much easier said than done, it can apply to every facet of our business.
Joe and his wife Lisa have been blessed with 3 wonderful children, Joseline, Aurianna, and Harrison, and they reside in Winter Park, Florida. Joe enjoys time with family, woodworking and golf. Joe is fluent in Spanish.
Michael MacGeorge's Bio
Michael MacGeorge was born in Greenport, New York and moved to Orlando, Florida where he grew up from the age of 12. He graduated from Edgewater High School and went on to play college baseball at Valencia Community College and graduated in 1980 receiving his AA Degree.
Michael started his career in construction and graphics as one of the owners of New Signs and Graphics. In 1998 he cofounded KRI Inc holding the position of President and managing partner. Michael has estimated, sold and project managed multi- million dollar projects. A few of these projects include: Great Hall of Fame at the new Pittsburgh Steeler Football Stadium, The Disney Gateway arches that spans over 6 lanes of highways, Jaguar Football Stadium, Rainforest Cafe's and Monkey Joes to name a few commercial projects. In 2003 Michael decided to branch his company out and include home renovations specializing in additions, kitchens and bathrooms. One of the bathrooms by KRI Inc was in the May 2004 issue of Better Homes and Gardens magazine.
In May 2009 KRI Inc became a strategic partner with S&W Kitchens. this partnership he has managed over $1million in renovations projects. With his diversity in all types of projects, Michael has the expertise to start and complete a variety of projects successfully.
Michael is married to Diana, has 4 children, Geoff, Tyler, Brandon and Ryan and resides in Casselberry, Florida. Hobbies include: golf, deep sea fishing and spending time with this family.
Michael's philosophies in life are simple: Prayer is powerful, Treat people they way you would like to be treated, don't expect more from others than you do of yourself, and last, It's not the resources you own that are important, its' the ones you have access to.
