David Mandes's Bio
Dave Mandes is responsible for all aspects of client relations, project management and field operations for Bozzuto Construction’s operations in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. He has grown this region to account for about one-quarter of Bozzuto Construction’s annual volume. Prior to joining Bozzuto in 1998, Dave headed his own company where he designed and built custom homes, in addition to developing single-family and multifamily residences. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Millersville University.
Josh Peters's Bio
Josh Peters oversees the preconstruction and estimating departments, as well as all Bozzuto Construction’s technology and innovation initiatives. Throughout his career, Josh has managed the development and construction of projects totaling over $2.5 billion, including more than 9,000 residential units and two million+ square feet.
Prior to joining Bozzuto, Josh was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for Star Development Group. He has also served as a Vice President for Daytner Construction Group and as a Project Manager for both Toll Brothers, Inc. and James G. Davis Construction Corporation. Josh acquired a dual Master Degree in Business Administration and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering Degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
Kelly Cantley's Bio
Kelly Cantley is responsible for the development of new business opportunities for Bozzuto’s construction group as well as operations in the Boston and South Florida markets. She is also responsible for Bozzuto’s renovation and capital improvements group. Involved with every aspect of the business from acquisition, planning and implementation of new work, Kelly serves as a liaison between preconstruction, operations and clients to ensure the project goals are met from construction’s conception to completion.
Prior to joining Bozzuto, Kelly worked for Turner Construction for 10 years. Before her civilian career, she served as an Officer in the Civil Engineer Corps. Kelly acquired her Master of Business Administration Degree from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Kelly is active in many real estate affiliations as well as philanthropic organizations. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Urban Land Institute, Women’s Housing Coalition, and ACE Mentoring Program.
Mark Weisner's Bio
As President of Bozzuto Construction Company, Mark Weisner leads the strategic direction of the organization. Since joining the Bozzuto team in 2005, Mark has been instrumental in developing business with new and repeat clients. His expert insight and recommendations on construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, and technology have greatly contributed to Bozzuto Construction’s expansion into new product types, geographic markets, and delivery methods—helping grow the company’s project portfolio to more than $6 billion.
Prior to joining Bozzuto, Mark worked for Clark Construction as a MEP Coordinator, Superintendent, and as a Project Manager; playing an integral role in all aspects of the construction process across a broad range of project types. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
Zach Anduiza's Bio
Zach Anduiza is responsible for overseeing and directing the accounting and finance operations for Bozzuto Construction Company. Zach joined Bozzuto in 2018 as Director of FP&A and was subsequently promoted to VP and Controller in 2019. Previously, he was the Regional Controller for LCOR, where he directed the accounting and finance activities for the Washington, DC Metro region.
A graduate of Radford University, Zach has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in accounting and finance and is also a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Brady Davidow's Bio
As Director of Preconstruction, Brady leads the preconstruction team in the planning and coordination of projects during preconstruction, which includes managing the budget, schedule and overall project approach. Brady also acts as a pricing and Value Engineering resource, working closely with the design team to generate referrals/ leads and achieve project goals. Likewise, he is responsible for making sure every deliverable meets Bozzuto Construction’s quality standards, as well as owner expectations.
Brady earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Frostburg State University.
Jennifer Dmytryshyn's Bio
Jennifer Dmytryshyn oversees the estimating team. She is responsible for developing Bozzuto Construction’s product and trade knowledge and supporting the efforts of the preconstruction managers and project managers by providing accurate and reliable cost information.
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Melissa Camargo's Bio
As Senior Estimator for Bozzuto Construction Company, Melissa Camargo helps the Director of Estimating oversee the estimating team. She is also responsible for developing Bozzuto Construction’s product and trade knowledge, and supporting the efforts of the preconstruction managers and project managers by providing accurate and reliable cost information.
Melissa earned her Master’s Degree in Construction Management from New York University and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University.

Dan Blatzheim's Bio
As Project Executive for Bozzuto Construction Company, Dan Blatzheim is responsible for a portfolio of projects across the DC/MD/VA region. From start to finish, he oversees each project in its entirety; managing all financial, scheduling, safety, and quality components. From new construction to gut renovations, he has the expertise to successfully manage projects of all scopes.
Since joining Bozzuto in 2002, Dan has successfully managed both new construction and renovation projects ranging in scope and complexity.
James Wrisley's Bio
James Wrisley oversees project operations from start to finish including financial management, schedule, safety and quality. From new construction to renovations and capital improvements, he is responsible for expanding Bozzuto Construction’s portfolio of work within the Massachusetts area.
James earned his Bachelor Degree in Construction Management from Roger Williams University, and currently serves as Co-chair on the university’s management professional advisory board.
John Heagy's Bio
John Heagy oversees operations for all construction projects in and near Baltimore, Maryland. From start to finish, he is responsible for managing project financials, schedule, safety, and quality.
John earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Maryland.
John Metzler's Bio
John Metzler is responsible for multiple projects from preconstruction through construction and closeout. This includes overseeing all personnel, as well as project financials, schedule, safety, and quality.
John attended West Virginia Wesleyan College where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics and Engineering, along with a minor in mathematics.
Matt Bland's Bio
As Team Leader – Director for Bozzuto Construction Company, Matt Bland is responsible for all aspects of preconstruction, project management, and field operations for projects in the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. From start to finish, he oversees each project in its entirety; managing all financial, scheduling, safety, and quality components. Working primarily in the Metro area, he is very familiar with the local market and agencies, and has experience with First Source, CBE, and HUD projects.
Since joining Bozzuto in 2006, Matt has successfully managed more than $400 million in new construction. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture in Professional Studies in Construction Management and Architecture from the Pratt Institute.
Rob Rodgers's Bio
Rob Rodgers is responsible for the buyout and overall financial health of construction projects from start to finish, including direct reporting to the owner, developer, architect, and lending institutions.
Rob graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture Degree and a Master Degree in Construction Management.
Scott Kotwas's Bio
As a Project Executive for Bozzuto Construction Company, Scott Kotwas oversees project operations from start to finish including financial management, schedule, safety and quality. From new construction to renovations and capital improvements, he is responsible for expanding Bozzuto Construction’s portfolio of work within the Pennsylvania area.
Scott joined Bozzuto Construction in 2017, bringing over 18 years of construction experience to the team. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management (Human Resources) from St. John Fisher College.

Caroline Sullivan's Bio
Caroline Sullivan is responsible for managing the business development process, while also maintaining and creating client and industry relationships. Prior to Bozzuto, Caroline served as the Communications Manager at the global Urban Land Institute (ULI) headquarters, a think tank for best practices in urban planning and development.
Caroline earned her Master Degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Miami University. She is currently an active member on a ULI Washington Young Leader Committee.
Lauren Burrows's Bio
Lauren Burrows is responsible for managing the business development process through RFPs and qualifications, while also maintaining and creating client and industry relationships. Prior to Bozzuto, Lauren began her career in construction management as a Civil Engineer at Bechtel and later transitioned to Johnson Controls as a Project Manager responsible for corporate IT and compliance initiatives.
Lauren earned her Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
Monica LaVorgna's Bio
Monica LaVorgna joined Bozzuto in 2013. She holds over 20 years of property management experience, including 10 years of experience in residential management followed by over 10 years in the management of mixed-use, commercial, retail and industrial assets. As Director of Retail Assets for the Mid-Atlantic, Chicago and Florida, her current portfolio encompasses over 800,000 square feet of commercial space in Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland, including Monroe Street Market, Rhode Island Row and Cathedral Commons.
Her responsibilities within Bozzuto’s Commercial team include oversight of day-to-day retail management, the leadership of retail training for managers and ensuring retail environments are maintained at a first-class standard. Additionally, with her prior experience in asset management, Monica has strong financial abilities necessary to oversee an owners’ entire real estate asset. She holds exemplary relationships with owners, residents and merchants.
Prior to joining Bozzuto Management Company, Monica held the position of Senior Property Manager for St. John Properties in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. metro area overseeing three million square feet of commercial property. Additionally, her previous positions include large transit-oriented, historically rehabbed, mixed-use projects with Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, Inc. and management of Class-A multifamily projects in Baltimore City.
