Scope Of Work
The new AVE features furnished suites for guests seeking flexible-stay solutions, as well as luxury apartments. The 273-unit, six-story building includes Type I-A and V-A construction over two levels of underground parking providing 393 spaces. Guests and residents enjoy high-touch service among many amenities, including a top-notch fitness facility, an outdoor pool with in-lay lounge chairs and neighboring cabanas, fire pit lounges, tranquility courtyards, movie theatre, and various areas for grilling, entertaining, and enjoying activities.
