I've used Lee for at least 6 or 8 homeowner projects over the years. 100% reliable. Top notch craftsmanship, and great value for the money. I recommend Lee without hesitation.
I lucked out when I chose Carpentry by Elliott out of a very long list on DexKnows. Lee built us a subway tile wall and I can't say enough about his amazing work ethic, quality, attention to detail and all around great business. I will gladly call Lee again because I know can trust that the price will be fair and the work will be done in a timely manner. Lee is an expert when it comes to home/business environment improvements. What I like the most is he works right alongside his emloyee. Stand up handyman for sure!

Carpentry by Elliott took my project from vision to fruition, flawlessly! What a great team Lee and Eric are. Experience combined with passion, dedication and the need to “get things right” made my whole huge home remodel actually exciting! I was able to go forward with the confidence and knowledge that Lee and his team had everything under control. Quality work with heart… this is a rare combination to find. Lee is creative and gave awesome suggestions for adding style to my project. He was continually thinking things through to secure the integrity, safety and function of my home. I am confident I made an exceptional choice when hiring Carpentry by Elliott!
Tear off 1500 sq ft decking and rebuild. I filled this request to review last night (https://porch.com/review/17258244), but it seems to have disappeared. Lee and his assistant Eric, both very professional and capable, tore off the old cedar deck boards, disposed of them by cutting into foot-long pieces and burned them while building the new deck w/ 78 twenty foot Azek planks, hiding the screws to avoid top-holes. They repaired & cleaned the substructure as needed & rebuilt the many angled steps. Very clean, handsome job. Lee was willing to adapt to minor changes I requested along the way and he had good suggestions for best strategies and for containing costs. It took a bit longer than I'd have liked but it was after all November in Seattle and the rain at times interfered. I've used Lee before (attic rennovation) and will again. My only gripe: Seattle am gridlock on I-5 coming down from Edmonds; it eats up otherwise useful time. March.9.2016
