Scope Of Work
Job Order Contract Complete renovation of 24,000 square feet Clinical Skills Lab, Nursing School, including, but not limited to: Interior demolition, plumbing, electrical wiring, fixtures and finishes installation, sheetrock, tape and float, texture, painting, millwork, HVAC, simulation and digital visual software system installation, acoustical ceiling system, fire protection, windows and door frames, hardware, installation of hospital room cubicle tracks and curtains, tempered glass installation, toilet partitions and shower accessories, various flooring including VCT, vinyl, carpet and ceramic tile, cabinetry and countertops, refrigerated compressed air dryer, vacuum pump, data cabling, lab simulation equipment, material testing and inspections.
