Buildout Construction, Inc.

Established in 1994, Buildout Construction identified a major flaw in the construction industry: the employment of subcontractors who often lack the dedicated interest required for the job at hand. Addressing that issue, we created Buildout Construction, a construction and renovation company totally focused on quality.

To accomplish this goal, our company assembled a team of our own craftsmen. Each individual is skilled in many trades and has one primary responsibility: the project as a whole. This eliminates the burden of too many sub-contractors who are only focused on one aspect of the project. This is called "Self Performance".

Today, we employ nearly 60 tradesmen with skills ranging from laboring to finish carpentry. We perform a variety of construction services, and we are there from the demolition to the final cleaning, self perforating the work for each project.

Our portfolio of projects includes fit-ups - large and small - for clients such as J.F White properties, The Davis Companies, ImmunoGen, Inc., Northeastern University, The Gale Companies, Wellesley College, Biogen, Regency Centers and the Boston Design Center.

Your construction team at Buildout works diligently to make sure all timelines and financial consideration are met. We "go the extra mile" to accomplish all jobs in a timely manner. To minimize interference to your corporate workforce, our construction teams often work on weekends. It is quite the accomplishment to see individuals come back to work after a weekend and be amazed by the work that has been accomplished. It gives us a strong sense of pride to be able to accommodate our client's needs.
